You can also create a special search for a set of messages using the following process:
  1. Select Inbox or another folder.
  2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+up arrow. The Configure Extended Navigation dialog box appears.

  3. Under Navigate by, select one of the following options to specify what you want to look for:

    • Subject—display the next (or previous) message with the same Subject
    • Flagged emails—display the next (or previous) flagged message
    • Unread emails—display the next (or previous) unread message
    • Emails from—display the next (or previous) message from the name or username you type into the box
  4. Click OK.
To use the search shortcut you just defined, press:
  • Ctrl+Shift+down arrow (for the next message with the criteria you selected)
    or
  • Ctrl+Shift+up arrow (for the previous message with the criteria you selected)
